Heavy Duty Equipment Repairs 

We've been in the machine shop business for over 30 years. In that time, we’ve been overhauling commercial, industrial and agricultural engines, grinding crankshafts, and reconditioning cylinder heads and connecting rods. In addition, we offer cost-effective repairs that can be made on most worn bearing-bore surfaces, whether that surface is in a transmission, a differential housing or on an abraded yoke. We do crack stitching on blocks or heads, and other types of unique repairs on elliptical-housing openings, blind holes and eroded surfaces.

For several years now, we've been doing these types of repairs on some of the hardest working equipment in use today. The repairs are suitable for all purposes, whether it’s construction, agriculture or trucking.

• We also refurbish stationary generators and irrigation motors.
• Custom machining of transmission and PTO housings with irregularly shaped worn holes.
• Fabricated repair solution to restore holes to their original dimensions.
• Recondition cylinder heads and connecting rods, grind or polish crankshafts, line bore blocks, bore and re-sleeve worn piston bores.
• Crack stitch repairs in cylinder blocks and heads.
• Clean all metal or aluminum parts, magnaflux steel and cast iron parts.
• Offer complete selection of aftermarket or OEM parts.
